Wayne,

I realize that you receive many emails from people about their dog problems, and I wanted to share a different kind of email with you; one of total appreciation .

When Fuzz was a spoiled little dog being treated like a human, and then we got Marley the puppy, chaos broke loose and Fuzz actually bit me!
That was the real reason we got you to come into our house for some desperately needed help.

The hours you spent with us that day will always be treasured. You impressed us with your magical ways of working with the dogs, and gave Darren and I the confidence we needed to become better pack leaders. Additionally, your training classes are so informative, well structured and fun!

I now buy dog psychology books, educate myself on new training techniques, and study Ceasar Millan. There's a much bigger doggie world than I ever knew, and it's you who opened the door for me.

I just wanted to express my complete appreciation to you for giving me the motivation I needed to start understanding our dogs and ourselves in order to have a happy, balanced pack (family).
I'm ecstatic to say that our dogs are on their way to becoming the best that they can be.
